To start with, why am I sharing a recipe that I can’t even eat? But I do like to bake for my family and I don’t like to share my gluten-free goodies (I am the only one, you see, so I like to have it all to myself). At the same time, I am not a mean person, so that’s why I make general cakes with gluten and eggs for my family. And everyone loves it, Mum, Dad and even Gran. And if you’re one of those who are really nervous when it comes to baking. This recipe is for you. It was my first and it turned out so well that I was excited to try others.


This vanilla cake is amazing because it’s so easy really. It doesn’t take much time at all. All you have to do is much put all ingredients in a bowl and mix. I prefer to use a wooden spoon rather than an electric hand-mixer because I am afraid to over mix this cake. But if you love your gadgets then by all means, go ahead and do that. Another thing that I like to do is to add butter instead of marge because everyone says it reminds them of butter pound cake. And who doesn’t love that, a little indulgence never killed anyone, right?
