Are you a peas person? Just asking. I definitely am. I love eating it in any form , yes, even mushy peas.

Today I am sharing with you my peas curry recipe which is so easy, you can whip it up in under thirty. And it goes really well with rice or bread.

You need just these ingredients to get it done.

A bit of oil

5 large cloves of garlic, peeled and finely chopped

2 medium onions, diced

2 medium tomatoes, diced

A cupful of peas

3 medium Potatoes

Turmeric

Garam Masala

Kashmiri Chilli powder / Green chillies

Salt and pepper

So, what you need to do is add the oil to a hot pan, add the onions first then the garlic. When the onions have caramelised, put the tomatoes in. This mixture should cook well. Now add your spices according to your taste. If you do like it spicy then you can go to town with the chilli powder and garam masala. Add the peas and potatoes and mix well in the pan. Add some hot water to get the cooking started and cover till potatoes and peas are well cooked.

Finally taste it again. Add whatever you think might be missing like salt or spices. And you’re done.

So easy right and peasy. (I just had to say that!)
