You must be already knowing the benefits of green tea, but it is definitely not for the faint hearted. It does take some getting used to. And it can be a problem for those who are very sensitive to caffeine. But take heart because there are so many herbal teas out there that tick all your boxes.

Certified organic, caffeine-free, aromatic, relaxing and tasty is how I would describe this Sweet Rose flavoured herbal tea by Organic India. This tea is a blend of different herbs so that you can get the benefits of them all in one mug. And if you’re like me and don’t want to put down you beloved green tea, you can add the rose tea to you’re regular green tea. It tastes great. I love to have it before I go to bed while catching up on some Doctor Who. A great way to unwind and relax.

The first time I tried it was yesterday. The scent of roses gently kisses your nose as you drink the tea, it transports me to a beautiful summer garden party at Downton Abbey. Even though I am not a fan of flowers in general because I am allergic to them, I love the scent of this. It will not make you sneeze. I mean it!

If you, like me are a religious green tea drinker, you can still enjoy this, after a long day at work.

I really love this tea by Organic India and it did not disappoint. I love the fact that the tea bags are individually wrapped so you can pop some in your bag to go.

I am already a fan of Organic India’s flavoured green teas. You all should try those as well especially the pomegranate and ginger lemon flavours. Read about it here.

This sweet rose tea is easily available and quite affordable as well. And my tip would be to save the tea bag and use the herbs to make a DIY hand and body scrub mixed with some honey or just on it’s own. Don’t waste anything okay.

Time to get some!!
