If there’s one thing my college mates know me for, it’s my allergies and the other is my rice noodle dish. Oops that’s two, right?
Anyway, I have to say that noodles has always been one of my favourite things to eat since childhood and after being diagnosed with a gluten intolerance three years ago, it wasn’t the end of the world in the noodle department. And this is all thanks to Pad Thai Noodles that are so easily available. And the best part is that it is so simple to make that I can cook it at 7am while still half asleep and not have to faff around with it.
And I almost always carry this for lunch because it tastes really good even when it’s cold, something like a rice noodle salad so that’s another advantage.
